Hi, I’m Zach Sparks, the founder and coach behind Hypertropro, a personal training company built on science, accessibility, and results. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with a mission to make expert-level fitness coaching affordable and achievable for everyone.
I’ve been where you are. I wasted years chasing gimmicks and sifting through bad advice. The photo you see here is my own journey, proof that the right approach makes all the difference.
